These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, TikTok integration, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Cherry Red Chariot ("we," "us," or "our") in connection with the Roblox experience +1 Speed Slime Keyboard Escape (the "Game"). By using the Service, connecting your TikTok account, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required by TikTok's and Roblox's own terms of service to use their platforms and to connect an account through our Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, in accordance with Roblox's and TikTok's own age policies.

2. Connecting Your TikTok Account

• Connecting your TikTok account is entirely optional and is only required if you wish to use TikTok-linked features within the Game.
• By connecting your account, you authorize us to access limited TikTok profile information via TikTok's official Login Kit / API, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time, either through TikTok's app settings or by contacting us at developers@slime.fedeestudios.com.
• You remain solely responsible for complying with TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using your TikTok account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Roblox's or TikTok's terms of service;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or connected TikTok/Roblox data;
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Service outside of normal gameplay;
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or account;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

4. In-Game Content and Virtual Items

Any in-game currency, items, badges, or rewards obtained through the Game or through TikTok-linked promotions have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable outside of Roblox's own systems, and are governed by Roblox's Terms of Use in addition to these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All game content, artwork, names, and branding related to +1 Speed Slime Keyboard Escape are owned by Cherry Red Chariot or its licensors. Roblox and TikTok trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here only to describe the integration.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, including disconnecting a linked TikTok account, at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or as required by Roblox or TikTok policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service, or the TikTok/Roblox integration, will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cherry Red Chariot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or the connection of your TikTok account.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
